Every business is built on something people hand over to it. A client hands over their money and their time. An employee hands over their days and their family’s income. A community hands over its goodwill. We call all of it an amanah, a trust, and we do not forget that it belongs to someone else.
Reliant started small, and we are still earning our place. We have had empty seats on our floors and hard months behind us. What we learned is simple: people stay with a company that tells them the truth, pays them on time, and does what it said it would do.
So that is what we hold ourselves to. We serve every client, large or small, with the same honesty. We solve real problems instead of selling empty promises. And we give back to society without announcing it, because a gift that needs an audience is not really a gift.

Hamza Khan Pirzada
Founder of Reliant BPO and CEO of Reliant Operations LLC. Serial entrepreneur with active business presence across Pakistan and the United States. Built Reliant BPO from the ground up in 2019 and has grown it into a multi-branch, multi-vertical operation with over half a billion rupees in revenue generated.
Usman Shah
Engineering Geologist at Hanan Tech Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. and Health and Safety Officer at Descon Engineering Limited. Built and operated a Cash and Carry business in Mansehra for over a decade, bringing deep operational management experience to the leadership team at Reliant Operations Group of companies.
Hassan Khan Nasir
COO at Reliant Operations LLC and Operations Manager at Reliant BPO. Bioinformatician with published research in advanced cancer medication. Founder and Director of Ummah Empowerment Fund. Formally recognised by PSEB and the Ministry of Information Technology for professionalism in Pakistan’s digital sector.
